I had a meltdown yesterday. damn printer. It was smudging so i thought it was the cartridge. i bought a new cartridge and it still smudged. i knew then it had to be a problem in the middle of the printer because I cleaned everything else. I crammed a damp cloth in there and cleaned it as best as i could. it printed one sheet great but the next jammed. i fixed and printed it again and it smudged.
